Ahmed's extensive background includes significant contributions at NourNet from November 2015 to January 2025, where roles included Activation Supervisor and Senior Network Engineer, overseeing MPLS protocol implementation and designing WAN and LAN scenarios. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and Communication Technology from Modern Academy Maadi and CCNA certification, Ahmed has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and effective installation coordination with multiple vendors.
