Andrew Barnett

Andrew Barnett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management and support. Currently serving as Chapter Lead, Delivery Lead, and Service Manager at Contact Energy Ltd since November 2020, Andrew has been integral to the ITSO Service Management team and has managed both desktop support and SAP analyst teams. Prior roles include Service Delivery Team Lead at TANZ eCampus, where Andrew was part of the Senior Management Team, and various positions at Datacom, including Change Manager and Acting Team Leader for Change & Release Management. Andrew began their career at Kitomba Salon & Spa Software as a Team Leader and has a solid background in IT support, project work, and technical development. Andrew holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Biology from Nottingham Trent University.
