Peter Moffat

Peter Moffat is an experienced engineer who has held various leadership roles in different companies. Peter is currently serving as the Principal Engineer - Geothermal at Contact Energy Ltd, where Peter leads a team that provides engineering advice and project management for steamfield and power plant upgrades. Prior to Contact Energy, Peter worked at Sinclair Knight Merz as an ICT Section Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer, providing services to the Power and Industry sector. Peter has also held roles such as Program Manager at Mindport Solutions and Technical Director at E L Bateman and Coherent Solutions. Peter holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Witwatersrand technicon.
