Charlotte Hanchard

Charlotte Hanchard serves as the Manager of Customer Success at Palladium Digital since June 2024, specializing in the customer management of Prism, an AI tool designed for investors to enhance investment operations and value creation. Prior to this role, Charlotte gained extensive experience at NICE and Bulb, where responsibilities included escalated complaints resolution and managing external relations. At Bulb, Charlotte improved customer satisfaction metrics significantly while overseeing numerous accounts. Earlier experiences include a sales position at WHISTLES, where Charlotte excelled in customer retention and KPIs, as well as an internship at Brand-Rex, which sharpened research and data analysis skills. Charlotte's leadership abilities were demonstrated through managing a team for the St. Andrews Charity Fashion Show.
