Jean-Marc Lallemand has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies.

Jean-Marc began their career at Telewest Broadband in 2002 as a Field Operations Team Manager, where they were responsible for managing field staff and overseeing day-to-day operations.

From 2003 to 2006, Jean-Marc worked at Telecom New Zealand as a Network Records Manager. In this role, they had national responsibility for network and infrastructure records, including inventory and records systems.

Following this, they joined Chorus NZ Limited as a Network Integrity Manager from 2006 to 2008. Here, they took on the responsibilities of data warehousing business owner, inventory stack business owner, and maintaining the operation of the network infrastructure.

In 2009, Jean-Marc joined Virgin Media as an Access Manager and worked there until 2014.

From 2014 onwards, they transitioned to ContactEngine where they held various leadership roles. Jean-Marc started as a Key Accounts Director, responsible for presales activities and managing operational reviews. Jean-Marc then became the VP of Account Management, overseeing account management, pre-sales teams, and managing key accounts. Following that, they served as the Global VP of Customer Success, where they achieved increased work productivity, developed a remote team in North America, and led the presales team.

Currently, Jean-Marc holds the position of SVP of Customer Success at ContactEngine, responsible for delivering leadership, technical guidance, and promoting a customer-centric culture. Jean-Marc analyzes and converts data into performance metrics for decision-making and leads end-to-end management of the customer success function.

Jean-Marc Lallemand completed their education in a chronological order. In 1990-1991 they attended Lycée public de Saint-Just, where they received a Baccalaureate degree in International Economics. Following this, from 1991 to 1994, they studied at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III and earned a Bachelor of Literature degree with a focus on English Language and Literature/Letters. Lastly, in 2004-2005, Jean-Marc pursued Post-graduate Studies in Business Management at Waikato University.
