As President and Chief Operating Officer, Trevor ensures the teams are well-calibrated and consistently exceeding the clients’ expectations. He is able to leverage his vast experience in contact center operations to ensure success at all levels and is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients and with the staff. Trevor has over 20 years of experience in the contact center industry. He formerly served as the general manager for Sitel’s Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand markets, overseeing more than 15,000 business process outsourcing employees.
Prior to joining Sitel, he served as a Division President and EVP of Strategic Account Management for Teleperformance.
His industry knowledge spans many Fortune 500 and 100 companies in the healthcare, financial, hospitality, wireless, Internet, technology, and retail markets. His operational experience spans startups to large-scale teams, domestic and international markets.
