Nikolai Tepliakov has over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. In 2008, they began their career as a Senior Server Administrator at Leader Prosperity, where they created application software for various commercial organizations and developed a local site using ASP.NET MVС 3 framework. In 2012, they took on a Facility Support Technician role at Cliftons, setting up training facilities along with clients' requirements, building up computers, training networks, creating images and virtual machines, and maintaining application software for accounting. In 2013, they began working as a part-time C#, .Net Web Developer at Webpartners online Ltd., transferring clients' websites from old servers to new servers and calibrating modules and content set up after transfers and updates. In 2014, they worked as a Ruby on Rails developer for Sliday, making a cloud system for Callaghan Global Innovation (New Zealand Government) which provided functionality for managing different experts around the world. Nikolai also worked as a Ruby on Rails developer for RD1 Limited that same year, providing competitive farm inputs to the rural sector. In 2015, they took on the role of Technical Lead/Head Developer at Touch Marketing Ltd. and in 2016, they became Technical Lead at Container Door. In 2010, they founded ITCasper Ltd. and acted as a Full-stack developer. Nikolai also worked as a Ruby on Rails developer for freelance development, creating website applications on various subjects and functionality using Ruby on Rails.
Nikolai Tepliakov began their education in 1988 when they attended Russia, Spassk-Dalnii, school No.: 11. Nikolai then went on to attend Far Eastern Law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in the field of investigation of crime. From 2011 to 2013, they self-studied Ruby programming language and Rails framework as well. Lastly, they attended Regent International Education Group from 2012 to 2013.
