Rafael Ricote has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rafael began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at TTEC in 2007, where they assisted callers with internet connections and computer applications. Rafael then joined [24]7.ai in 2008 as a Senior Technical Support Associate, answering user inquiries and setting up equipment.

In 2012, Rafael joined ADP as an HCM Consultant, specializing in eTime management for national account clients. Rafael served as a primary support liaison, resolving critical issues and managing multiple clients using ADP Enterprise eTime software.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Cognizant as a Senior Process Executive, providing support for YouTube Creators and handling online advertising operations for Google clients.

In 2020, Rafael joined ConnectWise as a Sales Engineer and Technical Account Manager. Rafael represented technical aspects of their products, conducted product demonstrations, and proposed solutions to prospective customers.

In 2022, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at TTR Technology, serving as the "Head of IT" for their clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Currently, Rafael is working as a Technical Account Manager and vCIO at Contango, starting in 2022. Rafael'srole involves managing client relationships and providing technology and strategy expertise.
