During her 22 years of service with Contec, Anita has worn many hats, starting as an Administrative Assistant to her current role in Human Resources where for the last five years she is the subject matter expert for Payroll, Employees Benefits, Affordable Care Act Reporting, and 401k Management & Compliance. Anita is well rounded professional in employee relations, policy and procedure development, and HR compliance.
