Nick Restifo

Bill Coker has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the electronics design, manufacturing and after-market services industry. Bill brings a diverse background where he has operational management experience, led global accounts and global direct sales organizations in large fortune 100, medium sized and start-up companies.

Nick joined Contec in July 2011 with significant financial, accounting and treasury management experience. At Contec, he oversees all accounting functions for both the U.S. and India operations. He is also responsible for the financial statement consolidation and treasury management for all four Contec entities in three operational countries. Nick began his career at Contec as a Financial Analyst and in that role he was instrumental in leading several bottom-line growth initiatives. He was quickly promoted to Finance Manager and not long after that, he became Corporate Controller. Prior to Contec, Nick was the Accounting Manager for Curtis Lumber Company, which is one of the largest independent building suppliers in Upstate New York. There, he oversaw the corporate accounting, forecasting and treasury management duties for all twenty-two locations.

Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
