Darren Heslop is a highly experienced Senior Design Engineer currently working at Contechs since October 2022. Previously, Darren served as Cockpit Engineering Lead at Arrival from October 2021 to October 2022 and held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Assystem for one year. Darren's career includes significant roles at Cavendish Nuclear as a Senior Mechanical Designer and at IAC Group as a Design Engineer. Notably, Darren spent several years at Bentley Motors Ltd, progressing from Design Engineer in Interior Trim to Lead Engineer. Additional experience includes a position as Design Engineer for Carbon Fibre Composites at BAE Systems. Darren obtained a degree from The University of Huddersfield, completing studies from 1996 to 2000, and attended Sowerby Bridge High School from 1990 to 1996.
