JP Rowan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. JP began their career as a Lighting Technician in 1995, where they negotiated issues between the production staff and lighting crew, delegated responsibilities to ensure maximum efficiency, and maintained equipment.
In 1999, JP joined EarthLink, Inc. as a Senior Help Desk Technician. JP played a crucial role in launching EarthLink's broadband services through Time Warner Cable and provided input for resolving technical issues during the initial stages. JP also assisted LAN technicians in converting office employees from MS Exchange Server to IMAP.
