Wiyaou Mangazie has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career in 2014 as a Business Analyst at Brinker International, where they facilitated communication between business units and system areas and developed policies and procedures for ticket management and troubleshooting. In 2020, they moved to Securitas Group as a Security Operation Analyst, where they provided dedicated monitoring and analysis of cyber security events. At Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, they worked as a Data Center Operations Technician, troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues, repairing servers, and participating in hardware configuration and rollout. Currently, in 2022, they are working at Contegix as a Data Center Operations Technician, assembling, deploying, and troubleshooting server hardware. Wiyaou Mangazie has a strong background in IT and security operations, with experience in data center management, incident triage, and hardware maintenance.
