During this time, they secured a significant NIH Small Business Innovation Research Grant and was responsible for all R&D activities.

Additionally, they worked as the Senior Director, R&D at Pulmonx, where they focused on the development of implantable stents and diagnostic devices for emphysema.

Their early career included a role as a Project Technical Lead/Principal Engineer at Boston Scientific, where they worked on various projects.
