Muhammad Umair

Muhammad Umair is currently working at Contegris Technology Solutions as an Assistant Manager SysOps and Team Lead of System Support. Muhammad leads a team of support engineers to provide technical support to clients and ensures that escalated tickets are resolved within the shared ETR. Previously, Muhammad worked at Abacus Consulting as an Information Technology Technical Support, where Muhammad managed internet and intranet services for over 700 internal users. Umair holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Taxila.
