Bruce Shi

Bruce Shi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bruce started their career as a Mechanical Engineer in Hudong Shipbuilding Group in 1997. In 2002, they moved to 3M and served as a Project Engineer before progressing to roles such as Resident Engineering Manager and Sr. Manufacturing Product Manager. Bruce held the position of Plant General Manager in Hefei from 2018 to 2020 and later became the Sr. Manager of GCA Outsourced Mfg. Operation in the Great China Area from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are working as the Site Operation Director in Ningde since August 2022. Bruce Shi also has future plans to work as the Site Operation Director in Germany starting from September 2023.

Bruce Shi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, completing their education from 1993 to 1997.
