Jim Lenoue

Jim has worked for CSC since 2001. As the Director of Human Resources, Corporate Compliance, Jim oversees the activities of CSC’s 47 branches with regard to legal, safety, and personnel issues.

Prior to moving to the Corporate Office, Jim served as the Human Recourses Manager for the Los Angeles branch for over 10 years. Prior to that Jim worked for CSC on a part-time basis in a variety of roles including Assistant Security Manager for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Command Post Manager, and field supervisor at a wide variety of CSC venues in Southern California.

Jim is a native of Los Angeles and has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Jim also has a certificate in Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University.

Jim currently holds a certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources as well as a PHR-CA certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Jim also holds an SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.

Jim is certified as a Trained Crowd Manager, has completed a wide variety of NIMS and FEMA courses and for several years was certified as an instructor for TEAM training.

Jim holds security licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for Series 7 and Series 66 as well as California State Licenses for Life & Health Insurance and Property & Casualty Insurance.
