Allie Faul

Allie Faul has a diverse work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Allie started their career in 2015 as a Graduate Assistant at Tabor College. In 2017, they worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Pro Staff, where they were responsible for managing front desk operations and conducting background checks. Allie then took on the role of Talent Manager at Pro Staff in 2018, where they conducted interviews and managed a workforce of up to 100 employees. In 2020, Allie joined Contemporary Staffing Solutions as a Staffing Specialist, exceeding weekly performance indicators and establishing strong relationships with clients and candidates. Allie then moved up to the role of Recruiting Director at the same company, where they manage the requisition distribution process and utilizes data analytics to build recruitment pipelines.

Allie Faul completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management and Business Management/Leadership at Sterling College from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership at Tabor College, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
