Jake Sumberg

Jake Sumberg has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jake started their career in the culinary field, working as a Line Cook at Buddakan from October 2010 to March 2011. Jake then worked as a Chef at GIGIT from April 2013 to September 2013 and as a Private Chef at a Private Residence from October 2013 to July 2014. After that, Jake transitioned into the sales industry, working as a Lead Chef Instructor at Mycookingparty.com from August 2014 to May 2015. Jake then joined SinglePlatform, where they had multiple roles including Sales Associate from October 2014 to March 2015, Sales Associate II from March 2015 to June 2015, and eventually became a Senior Account Executive / Partnerships Team Lead from June 2015 to April 2018. Jake continued their sales career at Great Jones as a Sales Executive from April 2019 to July 2019 and later as a Sales Manager from August 2019 to April 2020. Jake then became a Sales Consultant at Vermont Hemp Health from April 2020 to April 2021. Before their current role, they worked at Treez Inc. as a Senior Account Executive from June 2021 to October 2021 and as a Sales Development Manager from October 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Jake is employed as an Enterprise Account Executive at Contently starting from January 2023.

Jake Sumberg pursued their education starting from their high school years at Staples High School from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their High School Degree. Following that, they attended the Culinary Institute of America from 2010 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management. In addition to their formal education, Jake also obtained additional certifications including becoming an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) through the State of Connecticut in May 2007 and completing the Serve Safe certification through the National Restaurant Association.
