Matthew Smith has a diverse work experience beginning with their role as a Student Fundraiser at Penn State Lion Line in 2011. Matthew then moved on to Sales Operations at REDBOOKS in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Client Success Manager at REDBOOKS (Acquired), where they were part of a division of LexisNexis (FTSE100 Reed Elsevier). Matthew then joined Winmo | Predictive Sales Intelligence in 2018 as an Account Manager, where they managed clients for the agency & advertiser database platform. Matthew was responsible for account support, business reviews, onboarding of new users, and retention of accounts. Currently, Matthew is working at Contently as Manager, Account Management, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. At Contently, they are part of a technology company that helps brands create great content at scale.

Matthew Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from Penn State University in 2014, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Politics from the same university in 2014.
