Karen Dunne Dasey has extensive experience in content marketing, copywriting, and marketing communications.

Starting in 1995, Karen worked as a Direct Response Copywriter at Directech until 1997. Karen then moved on to Fidelity Investments Institutional Brokerage Group, where they held the positions of Senior Communications Manager and Marketing Manager from 1997 to 1999.

From 1999 to 2001, Karen worked at Rational Software as a Senior Marketing Writer and Product Marketing Manager.

In 2001, they founded DunneWrite Copywriting & Editing, providing personalized and top-rate creative services to B2B and B2C marketers. Karen worked there until joining ContentMX in 2015.

At ContentMX, Karen initially worked as a Consultant and Director of Editorial and Content Marketing from 2015 to 2018. Karen then became the Director of Content Marketing & Editorial, leading all content development and editorial activities, helping clients create marketing programs and content assets, and working with clients to optimize digital marketing strategies.

Karen's work experience demonstrates their expertise in content marketing, copywriting, and marketing communications, making their a valuable asset in developing compelling and engaging content for various industries and target audiences.

Karen Dunne Dasey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, which they obtained from Villanova University. Karen was enrolled in the Honors Program during their time there. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from HubSpot Academy, including the HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certified, Social Media Certification, and HubSpot Content Marketing Certified. The Inbound Marketing certification was obtained in November 2020, while the Social Media Certification was obtained in February 2021. Lastly, the Content Marketing certification was obtained in May 2020.
