Brit Smits has had a varied work experience since 2010. Starting as a part-time waiter at Caffe Esprit, Brit then worked as a part-time waiter at Cafè Brandstof and a full-time waiter at Sorobon Beach Resort. In 2011, Brit became a dental assistant at Nieuwe Tandarts Groepspraktijk Rooseveltlaan and in 2012, a shift leader at Unlimited label. From 2014 to 2016, Brit was Head of International Customer Care, Teamleader Customer Service, and Allround Customer Care at Treatwell. In 2016, Brit became Head of Customer Experience at ST. studio | SuperTrash and in 2017, a Key Account Manager at Temper. Finally, in 2020, Brit became Director of Sales & Operations at Mañana Mañana and in 2022, Senior Customer Success Manager at Contentoo.
