Fauve Smeets

Fauve Smeets has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality and customer success industries. In 2020, they became the Team Lead Customer Success at Contentoo, a platform for content marketing talent. Prior to this, they were an Interim Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company. From 2016 to 2020, Fauve worked as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive, and Sales & Marketing Trainee at Marriott International. Fauve also worked as a Management Trainee at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas from 2014 to 2016 and as an Operational Trainee at Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem in 2013.

Fauve Smeets graduated from the Hotel Management School Maastricht in 2017 with a BBA in Hotel- en hospitality management. Prior to that, they attended the EF Executive Language Institute to study Spanish language and culture. Fauve also holds several certifications, including a Crash Course in Growth Hacking from The Talent Institute (2021), Foundations of Leadership from Marriott International (2019), Essential Skills for Supervisors & Managers from Marriott International (2019), Sales & Service Foundations Training Certificate from Marriott International (2017), and a Propedeuse from Maastricht Hotel Management School (2014).
