Alice Andrew

Alice Andrew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alice is currently working as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Solution Consultant, Commerce at Salesforce from June 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Salesforce, Alice worked at Sweaty Betty from March 2015 to May 2022. Alice had various roles at Sweaty Betty, including Digital Product Owner from March 2019 to May 2022, Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst from March 2018 to February 2019, Online Content Manager from March 2017 to March 2018, and Online Content Coordinator from October 2015 to February 2017.

Alice's work experience also includes working as a Digital Coordinator at ShoaMac from September 2014 to September 2015, where they built out the full customer journey strategy and performed content updates. Alice began their career as an Ecommerce Assistant at AUSTIQUE LIMITED from December 2013 to September 2014, where they reported on sales and marketing, merchandised website pages, and optimized onsite search and product listing pages. Alice also worked as an Ecommerce Intern at Allegra Hicks from June 2013 to August 2013, where they assisted with photo shoots, implemented marketing campaigns, and processed sample orders. Overall, Alice has a strong background in customer success, solution consulting, digital product management, conversion rate optimization, online content management, and ecommerce.
