Head of Customer Experience Business Operations at ContentSquare

Claire Carratu has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Louis Vuitton Malletier before transitioning to the role of CRM Manager Assistant for Europe, Switzerland, Middle East, India, Morocco, and Russia. In 2011, Claire became a CRM Project Manager at Christian Dior Couture and later, in 2012, they became an Area Business Manager at L'Oréal. Claire then joined Tristar Worldwide Chauffeur Services in 2014 as a CRM Manager for France and the US. In 2016, Claire joined Porsche France as a CRM Strategy Consultant, where they worked until 2018. After that, they took on the role of Customer Engagement Digital Strategist at Contentsquare from 2020 to 2021, then progressed to become a Customer Experience Business Manager until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Customer Experience Business Operations at Contentsquare.

Claire Carratu has a Master's degree from SKEMA Business School, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they also obtained another Master's Degree from North Carolina State University. Additionally, in 2019, Claire attended APC and completed a consultant training program focused on evaluating competencies.

In terms of certifications, Claire Carratu is certified by Contentsquare, having obtained the Contentsquare Certified certification in July 2020.
