Daniek van Den Burg

Events Marketing Manager, Northern Europe at ContentSquare

Daniek van den Burg has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Concepting Intern at Wood&Apples, where they were responsible for writing blogs and working on concept development projects. In 2017, they interned at InnoSportLab Sport en Beweeg!, where they developed an innovative concept to promote physical activity among low educated youth. In 2018, they worked as a Copywriter at Kweek Communicatie and as an Online Communication specialist at Incomme HR- en salarisexperts. In 2019, they served as a Sales Development Representative at Contentsquare. From 2020 to 2022, they held multiple roles at GroupM, including Project Manager Branded Content and Digital Campaign Manager. In 2021, they joined WPP Netherlands as a member of the Sustainability Team. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Events Marketing Manager for Northern Europe at Contentsquare.

Daniek van den Burg's education history is as follows:

From 2007 to 2013, Daniek attended 't Rythovius college Eersel, where they completed Pre-university education (VWO) with a focus on Economics & Society (E&M).

In 2013, they enrolled in the Fontys Academy for the Creative Economy and completed a Bachelor's degree in Trend Research & Concept Creation in 2017.

During the same period, in 2016, Daniek also studied abroad for a semester at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Brand Management.

In 2017, they joined Tilburg University and pursued a Pre-Master program in Communication and Information Sciences until 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Daniek continued their education at Tilburg University by completing a Master's degree in Business Communication & Digital Media.

Additionally, Daniek has obtained several certifications, including Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy in January 2023, Project Management for Marketers from CXL Institute in September 2019, and both Contentsquare Certified and Contentsquare Certified Expert from Contentsquare in July 2019.
