Eugenia Burchi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Eugenia is currently working at Contentsquare as the Team Leader for CSM Italy since August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager from February 2022 to August 2022 and Customer Success Manager from January 2021 to August 2022 at the same company. Prior to joining Contentsquare, Eugenia worked for Wired Digital as a Contributor starting from February 2014. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at BlogMeter, starting as an Account Manager & Social Media Analyst, responsible for coordinating and managing the online word-of-mouth analysis team, promoting the company, and engaging in communication activities. Eugenia then became a Social Media Strategist and Head of Product, responsible for marketing and communication as well as product management. Eugenia started their professional journey as an Intern at UNESCO in May 2008.
Eugenia Burchi's education history begins with their enrollment at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a laurea triennale in Comunicazione. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution from 2005 to 2007, completing a laurea specialistica in Semiotica. Moving forward, Eugenia furthered their education at Université Paris Cité in 2008 and 2009, focusing on Théorie de la littérature and obtaining an M2 degree.
