François Violette has extensive work experience in various roles related to content design, development, and management. François is currently working at Contentsquare as part of the CTO Office, specializing in Developer Knowledge. Previously, they served as a Visiting Lecturer at the Université de Paris, where they taught practical content design and systems thinking. François also worked as a Product Manager at JobTeaser, where they modeled an ontology in the field of guidance and psychometrics. François has experience in information architecture and developer experience, having worked at ReachFive and Talend in roles such as Information Architect and Lead Information Architect, respectively. Additionally, they have held positions as a Documentation Manager and Technical Writer at eFront and Sopra HR Software. François began their career as an English Tutor at the Intercultural Studies Department (EILA) - University of Paris VII and as a Foreign Language Assistant at Redborne Upper School & Community College, where they taught French and created language learning activities.

François Violette has a strong educational background with diverse achievements. François obtained a Master 2 degree in CDMM: Multimedia & Multilingual Document Design from Université Paris Cité in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Master 1 degree in Foreign Applied Languages (LEA) from the same institution in 2010. In 2007, François Violette received a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Civilization from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).

In addition to their formal education, François Violette has also acquired several certifications. François obtained a certification in Knowledge Graphs from Hasso Plattner Institute in December 2020. In January 2019, they earned the qualification of Semantic Integration Expert from Semantic Web Company GmbH (SWC). Furthermore, François Violette holds a Cambridge English Proficiency (C2) certification from Cambridge Assessment English, which was obtained in 2008.
