Gareth Drabble

Gareth Drabble has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Gareth started their career in 2007 as a professional rugby player for Leeds Carnegie RUFC. In 2012, they joined Sunbelt Rentals as a Business Development Coordinator, where they used spatial analytics to identify growth opportunities and competitors for potential acquisitions. From 2014 to 2016, Gareth worked at Qubit as an Executive Strategist, collaborating with clients on A/B and MVT testing strategies and personalized customer journeys. Their work resulted in significant uplifts in conversion rates and revenue for their clients. Following that, Gareth joined Deloitte Digital in 2014, specializing in digital analytics. During their time there, they worked across various industries and roles, including business analyst and data scientist. Gareth focused on leveraging client data to improve customer experience and drive conversions, such as mapping customer journeys, building marketing personas, and developing channel strategies. Since 2017, Gareth has been employed at Contentsquare, initially serving as a Customer Success Manager and eventually progressing to become the Head of Customer Success for the UK, the Director of Customer Success for Northern Europe, and currently the VP of Customer Success for EMEA.

Gareth Drabble attended the University of Leeds from 2009 to 2012 where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Geography & Management. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained additional certifications including being a Contentsquare Expert from Contentsquare, which they obtained in May 2018, and an International Diploma in Business Analysis - BCS from BCS, which they obtained in September 2016.
