Henrique Cesar

Henrique Cesar has extensive work experience in software engineering and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Henrique is currently a Staff Software Engineer at ContentSquare, a position they have held since August 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at QuintoAndar from November 2016 to June 2017.

In 2015, Henrique worked as a Lead Software Engineer at UUX Ultimate User eXperience, where they were involved in a global video platform project for Spanish Telefónica. Henrique stayed with the company until November 2016.

From August 2014 to July 2015, Henrique served as the Lead Software Engineer at CTIS, where they led innovation projects for the São Paulo city government and various digital e-gov initiatives.

Henrique also has experience as a Co-Founder and CTO of Prisma Onze, a startup incubator they co-founded in May 2013. Henrique was responsible for software architecture and technology consulting for several startup products during their time there.

Prior to that, Henrique worked as a Principal Software Engineer at AG2 Publicis Modem from May 2012 to May 2013, where they led the technology team for clients such as General Motors, Bradesco, and Sanofi-Aventis.

From February 2006 to May 2012, Henrique was a Principal Software Engineer at ADBAT-TESLA, where they mentored and coordinated the technology team of the digital agency. Henrique also played a key role in developing a development framework and content management system for the company's clients.

Henrique's earlier experiences include working as a Lead Software Engineer at Allianz, where they designed and led the implementation of a risk analysis system for car insurance proposals, and as a Lead Software Engineer at Vertis Tecnologia, where they worked on an e-commerce platform used by FNAC's Brazilian online store.

Henrique Cesar has a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from FEI, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Henrique also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, which they earned from 2000 to 2003. In terms of certifications, Henrique obtained several, including Introduction to Data Science and Machine Learning from Coursera in September 2014. Henrique also obtained MCSD: Web Applications certification from Microsoft in June 2014, HTML5 certification from Microsoft in January 2013, and MCPD: Web Developer 4 certification from Microsoft in February 2011.
