Lane Hart

Lane Hart serves as the VP of Customer Success at Contentsquare, leading the Customer Success team for the Americas West region. Additionally, Lane is an advisor to Champify, assists ActHQ as an angel investor, and is a featured speaker at Product School, focusing on inspiring the next generation of Product Managers. Previously, Lane held leadership roles at Heap, including VP of Customer Success, Sr. Director of Customer Success Strategy & Ops, and Director of Customer Success, where responsibilities encompassed customer retention, team development, and operational excellence. Prior experience includes significant roles at IBM and a volunteer leadership position with Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership. Lane Hart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, with a focus on Information Systems and Finance.
