Lavanya Yanamadala

Lavanya Yanamadala has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lavanya began their career as a Business Development Sales Intern at Nutriline in 2016, where they worked closely with the manager to identify potential clients and establish partnerships. Lavanya was also responsible for maintaining client relationships and participating in industry events.

In 2018, Lavanya joined CeduraTech as a Human Resources Intern, where they handled profile screening, candidate assessments, and interview scheduling. Lavanya also participated in job analysis and employee motivation activities.

During the same year, they also worked at Amazon as a Customer Service Team Lead, leading a team and ensuring high-quality customer service.

In 2021, Lavanya joined C-SEARCH as a Recruitment Assistant, where they assisted with the recruitment process, including interviewing, conducting coding tests, and updating candidate profiles. Lavanya also coordinated with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Currently, they are working as a Learning and Development/TA at Contentsquare, starting in December 2021.

Lavanya Yanamadala's education history begins with their high school diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science, obtained from jr experienced jobs in 2014. Lavanya then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Malla Reddy Engineering College, completing their studies in 2018. In 2020, Lavanya enrolled in NEOMA Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources In Consulting in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Lavanya has also acquired several certifications. Lavanya obtained a Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute in April 2020. In March 2021, Lavanya completed the HR Leadership (Training and development) certification from eLearning College. Lavanya further expanded their HR knowledge by obtaining a Human Resource Management certification from Internshala in July 2021.

In 2021, Lavanya pursued professional certifications related to recruitment and bias in hiring. Lavanya completed the Learning LinkedIn Recruiter and Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certifications from LinkedIn, as well as the Contentsquare Certified certification from Contentsquare. Furthermore, they obtained the Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification and the Textio Interrupting Bias in Hiring Certification from Textio in November 2022 and January 2023, respectively.
