Senior Technical Account Manager at ContentSquare

Mark Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mark currently works at Contentsquare as a Senior Technical Account Manager, a role they started in June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Implementation Manager at the same company, starting in January 2020.

Before joining Contentsquare, Mark worked at Metric Partners as a Sr. Partner & Co-Founder from November 2017 to July 2019. Mark then transitioned to Search Discovery, where they served as the Senior Manager of Analytics from June 2017 to November 2017.

From September 2013 to March 2017, Mark worked at Walmart eCommerce as a Senior Manager Analytics. Mark first held the role of Sr Product Manager, Analytics from March 2011 to November 2011, where they were responsible for ensuring proper implementation and maintenance of analytics tools across Nokia Services. Mark then transitioned to the role of Technical Projects Manager from December 2009 to January 2011, where they collaborated with multiple Nokia Services teams to gather business requirements and create technical specifications for analytics implementation.

Prior to Nokia, Mark had experience at Ogilvy Healthworld as a Sr Consultant, Analytics from February 2009 to December 2009, where they worked on reporting projects and trained personnel on best practices in web design. Mark also worked at Ogilvy & Mather as a Sr Consultant, Analytics from July 2008 to February 2009, where they focused on reporting projects for IBM and website design initiatives.

Mark's earlier experience includes working at Coremetrics as an Implementation Engineer from November 2006 to July 2008, where they led implementation meetings and interacted with clients at various levels. Mark also held the role of Business Analyst at Coremetrics from January 2006 to November 2006, where they managed client portfolios and analyzed data to improve site design and revenue streams.

Mark Miller completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Computer Information Systems & Quantitative Methodology from Texas State University. Mark attended the university from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several technical certifications from Contentsquare, including CS Apps, CS Merchandising, JS Error Analysis, and Contentsquare Certified. Mark obtained these certifications in 2020, with specific months listed for each certification.
