Mihai Popa

Mihai Popa has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with the role of Founder & Project Manager at NoiNoi Media, where they successfully built and managed multiple Facebook communities and developed a profitable platform for Social Media applications. Mihai then worked as an Assembly Line Supplier & Order Picker at Opel from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Mihai worked as a Receptionist at Rheinisher Hof, Milbor Hotel, and Admiral Hotel. Mihai then transitioned to the hospitality industry, joining Leonardo Hotels as a Front Office Agent from 2018 to 2020 and later as a Front Office Shift Leader from 2020 to 2022, where they achieved high customer satisfaction ratings and mentored a team. Currently, Mihai is employed at Contentsquare as a Workplace Community Specialist, initially focusing on the DACH office and now responsible for the Munich, Amsterdam, DACH, and Nordic countries' offices.

Mihai Popa completed a German C1-C2 preparatory course (DSH) in German Language at the Goethe University Frankfurt from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economy Trade, Tourism and Services from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești, spanning from 2008 to 2011.
