Nayoun Choi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Korea Expressway Corporation. In 2016, they interned at the Data Department of Seoul Metropolitan Government. They then gained experience in sales and customer service, working as a Sales Specialist and later as a Customer Sales Lead at PANDORA Jewelry owned and operated by Ben Bridge Jeweler from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they took on internships in Marketing at Ringle and in Graphic Design & Video Editing at Letstudio. From 2020 to 2022, Nayoun worked as an Associate, Client Services at AlphaSights, where they helped professionals make informed decisions by connecting them with experts. They are currently a Sales Development Representative at Contentsquare.

Nayoun Choi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Library and Information Science from Sungkyunkwan University from 2014 to 2020. Nayoun also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from the same university during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, Nayoun obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) from Google in February 2020 and the Google Ads Video Certification in March 2020.
