Odile Rouxel (she/her)

Odile Rouxel has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 27 years. Odile currently works as the Field Operations Director at Contentsquare since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Dynatrace for 8 years as the EMEA Sales Operations Director, where they collaborated with senior management, managed a team of 4 people, and was responsible for defining and implementing tools and processes.

Before joining Dynatrace, Odile worked at Infor as the FPA Senior Analyst - Partner of VP EMEA Manufacturing from December 2011 to November 2013. In this role, they acted as a business partner to the EMEA VP, implemented new processes and tools, and facilitated the enablement of the sales management team.

From May 2008 to December 2011, Odile worked at Lawson Software where they held two roles. Firstly, they served as the EMEA Sales Ops Mgr and FPA Offshore Team Leader, where they led a team of 5 people, provided training and support, and analyzed financial data for the M3 worldwide division. Secondly, they worked as the EMEA Sales Operations - Partner of the EVP Sales, where they drove sales operations, developed incentive compensation programs, and played a crucial role in the merger with Lawson.

Prior to their time at Lawson Software, Odile worked at Intentia Consulting as the FP&A EMEA South, where they were responsible for implementing corporate reporting in Southern European countries, managing a local accounting team, and conducting business reviews.

At the beginning of their career, Odile worked at Christian Dior Couture as a Business Analyst, responsible for developing financial models to support the creation of the Dior Jewelry line of business. Odile focused on strategic planning, budgeting, and stock analysis.

Their early experience includes working at AAVS as a Finance Controller, where they created the FPA role, developed cost accounting systems, and implemented financial processes for five subsidiaries.

Overall, Odile Rouxel has extensive experience in sales operations, financial planning and analysis, business partnering, team management, process implementation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Odile Rouxel (she/her) began their education in 1988 at EM Normandie Business School, where they studied Business Management and Finance. Odile completed their studies at the school in 1991. In 1992, they enrolled at Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) and obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in International Finance in 1993. Additionally, during the academic year of 1990-1991, they attended Leeds Beckett University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in European Finance and Accounting.
