Senior Manager, Customer Success Strategic Accounts, NA West at ContentSquare

Ryan Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in customer success management and digital advertising. Currently, they are working at Contentsquare as a Senior Manager, Customer Success (Strategic Accounts) for the NA West region. In this role, they focus on customer retention and account expansion through value delivery and top-level servicing.

Prior to this, Ryan worked at T-Mobile as a Senior eCommerce Category Manager, where they were responsible for improving self-serve experiences and driving high-quality call volume to Telesales teams. Ryan also managed the delivery of Speech Insights reports and coordinated system integrations to enhance the omni-channel customer experience.

Before T-Mobile, Ryan worked at PopCap Games as a Sr. Manager, Ad Sales Support, where they successfully introduced multiple ad monetization strategies and increased revenues year-over-year.

Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at United Online, Inc as a Sr. Director, Advertising Solutions, and at LiveJournal as a Manager of Advertising Products. In these roles, they gained hands-on experience in digital advertising and ad delivery/yield management for multiple web properties.

Ryan began their career at Fiserv as a Software Testing Intern/Analyst, where they installed and configured backup solutions for credit union clients and developed automated testing scripts.

Ryan Fitzpatrick obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), with a Multimedia Minor, from Oregon State University. Ryan attended Oregon State University from 2000 to 2004. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Aloha High School. In addition to their formal education, Ryan Fitzpatrick has obtained several certifications, including SEO Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2022, Contentsquare Expert Certification from Contentsquare in December 2020, Contentsquare Certified from Contentsquare in April 2020, AdWords Shopping from Google AdWords Certified in September 2016, AdWords Display from Google in August 2016, AdWords Search from Google AdWords Certified in August 2016, and IAB Digital Media Sales Certification (DMSC) from IAB Certification Founding Commission in November 2012.
