SVP Global Strategy Digital Customer Success at ContentSquare

Ziad Nakad has extensive experience in customer success and strategy roles in various companies. Ziad is currently employed at Contentsquare as the SVP Global Strategy & Digital Customer Success, where they have been since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of SVP Customer Success EMEA at Contentsquare from January 2022 to April 2023. Their teams were responsible for driving customer success and ROI for Adobe's enterprise SaaS customers of Marketing, Creative, and Document Clouds. Ziad achieved high customer retention rates during their tenure at Adobe, with 86% retention in 2014, 91% retention in 2015, and 95% retention in 2016.

Ziad also gained experience at SmartFocus, where they held several positions. Ziad served as the WW Professional Services Director from December 2011 to January 2013, leading an international team in Europe and Asia and delivering professional services for nearly 3,000 customers in 19 countries. During this time, SmartFocus achieved a 65% year-over-year growth. Prior to this role, Ziad was the Client Service Director from October 2010 to December 2011, managing a large team of Sales and Account Managers and providing strategic support across various channels. Ziad achieved a customer retention rate of 93% and exceeded sales objectives by 105%. Ziad started at SmartFocus as an Account Director from October 2008 to September 2010 and successfully headed a team of account managers and production executives, resulting in 90% of sales objectives.

Before joining SmartFocus, Ziad worked at Business Document as the Project and Training Manager from October 2006 to September 2008. In this role, they were responsible for technical aspects, identifying additional opportunities, and providing client support. Ziad also had experience at EDF as a Project Manager from September 2005 to September 2006.

With a strong background in customer success and strategy, Ziad Nakad has a proven track record of building successful customer success organizations and driving ROI for SaaS customers.

Ziad Nakad began their education at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2002, pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science. Ziad completed this program in 2005.

Afterward, Ziad Nakad continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Management and Decision Making in 2006. The specific field of study for this degree is not specified.
