Renuka Reddy

Renuka Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting from their early career, they worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys and Geometric Ltd. Renuka then moved on to CitiusTech, where they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer and later Technical Lead. Following this, Renuka worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Renuka then joined Cimpress as a Lead Software Engineer, where they played a key role in establishing engineering teams and culture.

Renuka's next position was at GEP Worldwide, where they served as an Engineering Manager. Renuka then transitioned to Ez-XBRL Solutions, undertaking the role of Manager of Software Engineering. Here, they were responsible for building an XBRL reporting product, successfully shipping the minimum viable product within three months.

Subsequently, Renuka took on roles at Shaadi.com, first as an Associate Director of Technology, and later as the Director of Technology. Here, they led teams and achieved significant milestones, such as containerizing core services and improving payment page performance, resulting in cost savings and increased revenue.

Currently, Renuka is working at Contentstack as the Director of Engineering.

Renuka Reddy holds a BTech degree in Intermediates and DyesStuffs from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
