Ted Ranney

Ted Ranney has worked in the healthcare industry since 1994. Ted began their career as a Center Administrator at FHP Healthcare. In 1997, they moved to PacifiCare Health Systems as the Director of Network Management. From 1999 to 2014, they served as the CEO of Pima Heart Physicians, where they were responsible for managing 160 employees, strategic planning, business development, financial, IT, operations and human resources. In 2014, they joined naviHealth, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they implemented a BPCI program and developed reporting to support the operational needs in this new business. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at pMD, a SAAS company in 40+ states focused on physician mobile rounding, secure messaging, telehealth and RCM. Currently, they are the Vice President Payer Engagement at Contessa Health.

Ted Ranney obtained an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 1994, with a focus in Strategy and Marketing.
