Pelin Gultekin Bicer

Pelin Gultekin Bicer, Ph.D., is a highly experienced professional in the field of construction technology and architectural engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Construction Technology at Conti Federal Services since August 2023, Pelin has previously held significant roles including Director of Innovation and Information Management at Pernix Group, Inc. from November 2018 to June 2023, and Technology Manager for VDC/Federal Programs at BE&K Building Group. Pelin's expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is further demonstrated through experience as a BIM/VDC Project Manager at VIATechnik, LLC, and as an Assistant Professor at Bradley University. Pelin's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, along with an MS in Architectural Engineering from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Izmir Institute of Technology.
