William Naughton PG serves as the Government Market Leader with extensive experience in federal proposal operations and strategic development within the A/E/C and environmental sectors. Currently the Director of Federal Proposal Operations at Conti Federal Services since January 2022, William is responsible for leading proposal teams and ensuring the creation of effective, win-oriented proposals. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made as a Senior Federal Marketing/Proposal Consultant at Tooke Consulting Group, where strategic development plans were crafted for federal businesses. William's leadership experience also includes serving as the Director of Federal Markets at Veolia North America, overseeing large-scale federal contracts. Additionally, multiple leadership roles in the Society of American Military Engineers and service on various boards reflect a commitment to community and professional development. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University at Buffalo and further education from the University of Kansas.
