Vincent Chao

Vincent Chao is an Operations Technician at Contigo Technology, where responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving VPN, DNS, and TCP/IP issues while providing troubleshooting support for Mac and Windows systems. Prior experience includes a role as a Full Stack Developer at Cognixia USA, where participation in an intensive technical training program took place, and an internship with the U.S. Small Business Administration, where Vincent Chao designed an efficient ticketing system using Microsoft Power Apps that improved resolution speed and user satisfaction. Vincent Chao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating in May 2022.
