George Manning Jr. serves as an Information Technology Support Specialist and Litigation Technology Specialist at Franklin D. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Colorado Mesa University, earned between 2014 and 2018, and attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 2012 to 2014, along with graduating from Cherry Creek High School in 2012.
