Carl Taylor

Carl Taylor is an experienced Tour Manager currently employed by Saga plc since September 2016, where responsibilities include effective communication with clients, problem-solving during tours, liaising with external suppliers, and maintaining high standards of customer service for clients aged 50 and above. In addition to this role, Carl has been a Trip Manager with Contiki Holidays since March 2016, managing tours across 22 countries for young adults. Previous experience includes a brief tenure as a Tour Manager at 3T Global Solutions Limited and significant leadership roles at the University of Sunderland, including President and member of the Board of Governors, demonstrating a strong commitment to student welfare and representation. Carl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education with QTS from the University of Sunderland.
