Rafael Alvernaz

Rafael Alvernaz is a skilled network professional with extensive experience in network analysis and customer service. Currently serving as a Network Analyst at Continent 8 Technologies since August 2021, Rafael previously held the position of Post Sales Analyst at Logicalis Brasil, focusing on network topology updates and managing changes for Claro's IP Radio Access Network. Prior to that, at Orange Business Services, Rafael worked as a VPO, ensuring optimal VPN configurations and addressing customer-reported faults, and also as a Customer Service Analyst, responsible for generating various operational reports. Rafael's career began as an LNCC Apprentice at the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing, where responsibilities included network security, ACL configuration, and troubleshooting. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis and a Postgraduate degree in Cyber Security from Centennial College.
