Steffen Reinecke

Steffen Reinecke has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Steffen recently joined Continental Aerospace Technologies™ as an HR Director in September 2022. Before that, they worked at Eberspaecher Catem Hermsdorf GmbH & Co.KG as a Werksleiter from April 2018 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at Westfalia Presstechnik GmbH & Co. KG as a Leiter Produktion & CIP-Manager from November 2014 to March 2018. Steffen also served as a CI & Lean Manager at Heitkamp & Thumann Produktionstechnologie GmbH & Westfalia Presstechnik from May 2013 to October 2014. Steffen worked as a Leiter Qualitätsmanagement at ThyssenKrupp Presta Chemnitz GmbH from June 2011 to April 2013. Steffen started their career at Walter AG, where they held multiple positions such as Leiter Qualitätssicherung, Leiter Processengineering, Projektleiter, and Prozessingenieur from 2004 to 2011.

Steffen Reinecke earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau, specializing in Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, where they obtained a Dipl.Ing. degree in Maschinenbau, spanning from 1999 to 2004.
