Jochen Schmidt

Jochen Schmidt is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in food technology. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Continental Bakeries since August 2022, Schmidt previously held the position of Head of International Continuous Improvement at Develey Senf & Feinkost GmbH from September 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, Schmidt worked as an independent consultant from March 2018 to September 2020. With extensive experience at Develey Senf & Feinkost GmbH from 2000 to 2018, Schmidt held roles including TPM Group Manager and Plant Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing 100 employees and 20 production lines.
