Philippe Haegeman

Philippe Haegeman is the current Manufacturing Manager Belgium at Continental Bakeries. Prior to this, they served as Site Manager for HeidelbergCement (Scantogo) from April 2011 to April 2013, overseeing the construction of a 5000 tpd clinker facility. From May 2013 to February 2018, they were Plant Manager for CBR_Cement, responsible for the clinker production at the company's Antoing facility.

Philippe Haegeman has a mini MBA from Wolters Kluwer in Business Administration and Management, General. Philippe also has corporate training from Voka, Plato learning networks, and Deloitte in know how sharing, balance key figures, and financial management respectively. Their highest level of education is a Concrete technologist from BBG ( Belgische Beton Groepering) in concrete technology. Philippe also has a Safety officer level 3 from PVI (Provinciaal VeiligheidsInstituut Antwerpen) in safety. Lastly, they have an Industrial Engineer from ING in electricity, automation from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent.

Philippe Haegeman reports to Oscar Debernardini, CCO. They work with Anton Strootman - CB BNLX Logistics and CuSer Manager, Marcel Gerits - BINEC CI Manager, and Robert van der Linden - BINEC Planning Manager.
