Sangram Pitta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles.

Sangram'smost recent position is as the Head of Service Delivery & Eco Systems for TCS BaNCS Americas at Tata Consultancy Services, where they oversee the TCS BaNCS on SaaS & Cloud installations across multiple countries and offers banking solutions including Core banking, Payments, Treasury, Wealth management, and private banking. Prior to this role, Sangram served as the Program Director for TCS BaNCS US Cloud and Digital Banking, where they devised strategies and roadmaps for the cloud and digital banking sector, and managed external stakeholders.

Sangram also has experience as a Senior Program Manager and a Program Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where they built positive relationships with clients, assessed business risks, and mentored project teams.

Earlier in their career, Sangram worked as the Product Development Manager for the TCS Core Banking Platform and as a Project Lead for Retail Banking Product Development at Tata Consultancy Services. Sangram also served as a Solution Architect, Tech Lead, and Developer during the maiden implementation of the TCS BaNCS Universal Banking Solution at a large bank in Bahrain, as well as for key product enhancements in the treasury sector at large banks in India.

Sangram Pitta has also held positions at Zions Bancorporation, Continental Bank, Peoples State Bank, Vanguard, KeyBanc Capital Markets, SEI, City Union Bank Ltd., TAIB Bank, and HDFC Bank. These roles included responsibilities such as engagement management, delivery management, assessing and analyzing Salesforce and other banking tools, and playing a key role in implementing scalable and robust solutions for clients.

Sangram Pitta completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture from Andhra University from 1993 to 1997. After that, they pursued a Master of Technology degree in Ocean Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Sangram Pitta obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in June 2014.
